There are various ways of financing measures to make your home more energy efficient. We would of course be happy to discuss the pros and cons of each option with you.
You will receive a discount on your mortgage interest rate if you buy a home with energy label A or B or if you buy a newly built home. If you renovate your home to energy label A or B and you register the energy label with the Dutch government within 24 months of the start of your fixed-rate period, you can also benefit from the discount. We will automatically apply the interest rate discount from the first day of the month following the date the label is registered.
You can finance improvements to make your home energy efficient in various ways, for example with savings or a mortgage. If you would like to know what is possible for you, make a free appointment for a no-obligation orientation meeting at one of our branches, at home or via video banking. If you are already familiar with the available mortgage options, you may be able to take out a mortgage yourself without advice.
