About the exhibition

Selma Selman won the 12th edition of the ABN AMRO Art Award, and part of the prize was having her own exhibition hosted at the Stedelijk Museum. 

In her paintings, performances, video works and installations, Selma addresses traditional roles and patterns, the position of women and the valuation of labour and materials, all in very her own way. The exhibition is taking place from 29 January to 21 April 2025 inclusive.
