To keep your payments secure, you can’t always unblock your card online. Luckily, you can still go to an ATM to unblock your card by checking your balance or making a withdrawal. You can unblock your card at an ATM if:
- you have entered the wrong PIN 3 times on your e.dentifier;
- your e.dentifier tells you your PIN is blocked.
You can only unblock your card at an ATM if you still know your PIN. If you’ve forgotten your PIN, please call our Customer Service department on 0900 81 70.
